LEED and enhanced commissioning services for the new 1.2M SF, 10-story trauma tower, a state-of-the art expansion at University Hospital in the South Texas Medical Center. The facility houses an expanded emergency center and operating rooms, additional inpatient rooms, diagnostic and treatment areas and a modernized and expanded power plant. Scope of commissioning service included 6,000 ton central utility plant, chilled water system, air handling units, building automation systems, critical spaces, isolation rooms, steam humidifiers, pumps, air flow stations, etc.
